I did a lot of thinking after recieving the email telling me I needed to make this post. I know God is always present, but I have had a hard time coming up with a “God situation” this week. I feel His hand has been in many of my relationships this week. I have a lot of broken friendships, and a hard time dealing with my family. Well, through prayer and a lot of encouraging by Ashley, I took a step of faith and tried to repair some of the miscommunications, disagreements, and outright hatred. I am not going to explain everything, but things have either worked out, or a solution is beginning. Mine might be the lamest post on this topic, but thats what I got today 🙂

That’s not lame it’s great that your seeking God’s help in repairing your realtionships.And what kind of friend would i be if i didnt help and encourage you =)
Remember he never promised that the cross would not get heavy he just promised help would come in time.
This verse helps me when i have a hard time feeling god around and need guidance so ima pass it on to you.

actually, your post was really powerful to me. for one you acknowledged your brokenness. and two you taking steps to mend. people often just move on to the next relationship leaving things unresolved and damaged. eventually this takes it toll on you. we began to think we mess up everything or everyone. this was a burden that in Christ we don’t have to bare. Christ has given us the skills and tools and power to mend what has been broken, to be a peacemaker, to harmonize. the sooner you learn to do this the sooner your tolerance nay ability to bare with others will increase. even better is that it makes us feel close to God because you are patterning your life after His example and becoming more dependent on Him and His love.
